What is Physical Therapy?

Then a plan of care is tailored to your individual needs which will include conservative techniques of therapeutic exercise, massage therapy/manual therapy, and patient education on how to properly progress your program over time. The focus is on healing and decreasing pain while promoting strength and flexibility to prevent further injury so that you can participate in your life and do the things you enjoy.
